By constructing the weighing platforms with a frame of robust tubes at a 45° angle, we prevent product or dirt from accumulating unnecessarily and ensure that the entire system is easy to clean. On top of this frame, a floating deck made of checker plate is mounted, which is completely watertight and equipped with a drainage channel for excess dirt and water. The design allows for the integration of wash walls, so the weighing pans of your multihead weigher can be easily cleaned. All of this contributes to a safe working environment, without the packer becoming unnecessarily dirty or wet.
