With the ever-stricter requirements in the food industry, a design focused on hygiene is essential. Machine cleaning must be quick and efficient, without compromising on a clean end result. With these principles in mind, we design our conveyors using materials that are easy to clean. By mounting the side panels with hinges and adding a quick (dis)connector system, the belt can be easily removed from the frame for fast and thorough cleaning. The conveyors can be equipped with wash-down drives and bearings. Additionally, it is possible to apply rigidized sheet metal, further reducing product adhesion to the machine.
